At this time we do not offer free shipping, or discounted rates on any orders. When we do, we send out an email newsletter through our mailing list so you’ll be sure to be notified when discounts or promotions are in effect.

Please email sales@breakinggames.com with your order number and ERROR IN ORDER in the subject line (ie ORDER 12345 ERROR IN ORDER) and a description of the issue in the subject. Please include photos of the issue, if at all possible. Someone from our customer service team will work on it right away and be in touch.

A: Our warehouse usually dispatches your order within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. When your order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to the email on your account. If for any reason you experience a delay do not hesitate to contact us!

A: Delays do happen sometimes, and you can usually trace your parcel online or get in touch with your courier with the tracking info provided. If you’ve done this and are still having issues, reach out to Sales@BreakingGames.com and we’ll get it sorted.
